JOHN THOMAS

John graduated from the University of Manchester in the late 1980s and has been involved in litigation practice continuously since the early 1990s. He has previously worked in M/s Harry Elias & Partners, M/s Colin Ng & Partners, White & Case/Colin Ng & Partners (joint venture firm), and M/s Arthur Loke & Partners. 

 

He has worked both independently and part of a team in dealing with complex and voluminous legal cases. Thomas has represented clients before the Singapore Court of Appeal and the High Court of Singapore.

 

He specializes in complex civil, corporate and commercial litigation including banking, construction, insurance, employment and financial disputes. His area of practice also includes admiralty, shipping and arbitration matters as well as family law.
