WHO WE ARE

LegalStandard was founded in 2011 by the merger of three established law firms, Steven Lee Dason & Partners, Mahtani & Co, and Harpal & Co. From a boutique commercial and admiralty litigation firm, it expanded to offer its services in virtually all aspects of practice including conveyancing, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, corporate secretarial services, incorporation of companies, drafting of wills, applications for probate and criminal litigation (white collar crime).

 

LegalStandard LLP’s mission is to provide affordable access to justice without compromising quality. The firm is technology efficient and aims to go paperless by 2023. To that end the firm has invested in hardware, software and training of all lawyers and staff to enable us to navigate the modern legal landscape and interphase efficiently with local and overseas clients, government bodies, other law firms and the courts. We nevertheless remain a tightly-knit team of lawyers dedicated to providing their clients with personalized legal services efficiently and with excellence across a full range of legal services.
